Problem during the installation

Hello,

I have a problem. I use Debian, I downloaded this files : openxcap_0.9.9.tar.gz

I extracted that with this command : tar -xzvf openxcap_0.9.9.tar.gz and I runed the setup.py whith this command : python setup.py

The problem is that no directory is created in /etc/ and /etc/init.d like the documentation says.

I don't have python-gnutls beacause I have a problem to install (and I don't know why?). Maybe the problem is here?
